Thank you for registering your child in Avvai for this academic year 2022-23. We are here with some important information regarding the school opening. Please read this email carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Important Dates:
September 4th, 2022 – Teachers and Parents Orientation at different times. Please save the date. The venue and the time for this event will be announced soon.
September 11th, 2022- First day of school. Our school calendar is available on our website at https://avvaitamil.org/calendar/ and is attached herewith for your reference.
Time & Locations:
Since Avvai has grown with all of your support, we are running our classes in 5 sessions in 3 locations as follows.
Avvai Lighthouse Center – Session 1 – Every Sunday Between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Avvai Lighthouse Center – Session 2 – Every Sunday Between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Avvai Lighthouse Center – Session 3 – Every Sunday Between 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Avvai Custer Custer Center – Every Sunday Between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Avvai Warren Center – Every Sunday Between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Nilai & location confirmation:
Our Registration team is working on the validation process for New and Returning Students. After the Validation, they will send your child’s Nilai and location confirmation email to you in the following weeks. Please stay tuned.
If you have registered your child without any discrepancies and followed our instructions correctly, then no worries. In case of any missed data or other discrepancies while you’ve done the registration, please expect some delay in processing your child’s enrollment. If you have any questions regarding the registration, please send an email to registration@avvaitamil.org.
Important Note: (Need more Volunteers!)
As you all know, Avvai is a non-profit organization and you are all members of the Avvai Tamil Center. We are able to do all of this due to the volunteers who provide their time and effort for our activities. We can use as much of your help as we can get to provide a better learning experience for our kids.
